Care & Cleaning
· Please spot treat only.
· If necessary, hand wash *carefully* as this is 100% natural cotton rope. You may need to stretch as the bracelet is drying to prevent shrinkage.
*If left submerged, the bracelets can shrink!
Color
· We currently offer our bracelets in three colors - natural, navy, & crimson, but are always thinking of more colors to add!
*Please note that our rope is hand dyed and dried, so variation in color will occur.
Returns
· Bracelets that are unworn and in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
· Custom orders cannot be returned.
· If you have received a defective or damaged bracelet, please contact us at michellevalerieboutique @gmail.com so we can work on a replacement or refund.
· No refunds or replacements will be processed until the original product has been returned to us.
· Michelle Valerie Boutique reserves the right to deny any replacement or refund that does not meet our refund requirement.
Shipping
· Bracelets are shipped within 4-5 business days of order while items are in stock. Since we make these bracelets by hand, and in small batches, it may take longer to receive your item if we are out of stock.
· We ship in the US via USPS Priority Mail. We ship internationally via USPS First Class mail followed by local mail services.

*To order the correct size, please measure the circumference of your wrist and order up ((example: if your wrist measures 7", please order the M))

Sizing for Wrap Bracelets
XS - 19.5" (fits wrists up to 6")
S - 21" (fits wrists up to 6.5")
M - 22.5" (fits wrists up to 7")
L - 24" (fits wrists up to 7.5")
XL - 25.5" (fits wrists up to 8")
Water & Submersion
· Our bracelets are pre-washed and pre-shrunk. While it is absolutely fine to wear your bracelet while washing your hands, we recommend not leaving them submerged underwater for prolonged periods of time (ex: bath, shower, swimming, etc) as this may cause shrinkage.
